C. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA • 1. You further agree that TradeInSafe may disclose and copy (either within or outside the jurisdiction of the TradeInSafe entity you are contracting with) your Personal Data to service providers engaged by TradeInSafe to assist with providing services, including but not limited to promotions, database management, data entry, service and product alerts, payment extension services, delivery services, verification services, logistics services, and membership authentication ("Service Providers"). These Service Providers are bound by a confidentiality commitment to TradeInSafe and are authorized to use your Personal Data solely for the purposes specified in section B.1 to B.9 above and not for their own purposes. • 2. You acknowledge that TradeInSafe may transfer and disclose (whether outside or within the jurisdiction of the TradeInSafe entity you are contracting with) your Personal Data to affiliated companies and their designated Service Providers within the TradeInSafe Group. The TradeInSafe Group comprises a group of companies offering leading online and mobile marketplaces in buyer and business-to-business marketing, as well as cloud computing and other services. • 3. When necessary, TradeInSafe may also transfer and disclose (whether within or outside the jurisdiction of the TradeInSafe entity you are contracting with) your Personal Data to specialized advisors, insurers, law enforcement agencies, regulatory and government organizations, and other entities for the purposes specified in section B.9 above. • 4. Any Personal Data provided by you may be retained by TradeInSafe and accessible to our staff, Service Providers, and other third parties mentioned in sections C.2 and C.3 above, for the purposes described in section B.1 to B.9 above. • 5. All Voluntary Information provided by you may become publicly available on the TradeInSafe website and accessible to any online user. By sharing Voluntary Information with us, you relinquish any proprietary rights, including but not limited to copyright and confidentiality rights, in such information. Exercise caution when deciding to disclose proprietary or personal information in the Voluntary Information submitted to us. • 6. We may share your personal Account Information with vendors or banks to facilitate transactions on the TradeInSafe website. Additionally, we may use your Account Information to assess your creditworthiness, and in doing so, we may need to make such Account Information accessible to credit agencies or banks. While we employ technology and internal procedures to secure your Personal Data and other Account Information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, there is no guarantee that such measures can eliminate all risks of theft or other unauthorized activities. • 7. We may provide statistical data to third parties; however, we do not disclose personally-identifying information without your consent. • 8. TradeInSafe has established partnerships with various websites and parties to offer you additional services and products that we do not provide. We may provide access to these third-party websites and their services either through hyperlinks on the TradeInSafe website or through "co-branded" websites where TradeInSafe and other parties share the same URL, pages, or domain name. In some cases, you may be required to submit personal data to subscribe or apply for services or products offered by these co-branded partners or third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these third-party websites or co-branded sites. The privacy policies of these additional parties may differ from ours, and TradeInSafe has no control over the information you submit to such third parties. It is advisable to review the relevant privacy policy for each co-branded site and third-party site before engaging with any offers, services, or products endorsed by those parties.

D. RIGHT TO ACCESS/CORRECT PERSONAL DATA Under applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to access the personal data held by TradeInSafe and request corrections to the information. E. RETENTION & DATA DELETION Users of TradeInSafe may request the deletion of their respective profiles (user data) on the TradeInSafe website by submitting a formal request to info@tradeinsafe.com. The request will be reviewed and authenticated before proceeding with data deletion. TradeInSafe will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate deletion requests, but cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for deletion. Furthermore, TradeInSafe cannot guarantee the recovery of any user data once it has been deleted. Please note that users do not have the capability or flexibility to delete user data on their own.

F. COOKIES TradeInSafe utilizes "cookies" to store specific information about users and track their visits to the website. The use of cookies is a common practice on websites to enhance user recognition.

A "cookie" is a small amount of data that is sent to your web browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. For registered users of the website, your Account Information and Subscription Information (if applicable) can be accessed and edited through your personal account, which is protected by a password. We recommend not sharing your password with others. Our staff will not ask for your password through unsolicited calls or emails.
